The IAB's National Enrichment Program for Juveniles, Cadets and Juniors begins on Wednesday, October 18 at the Baptist Village. The program is run by the most experienced IAB coaches and brings together players from around the country. "This program has proven itself year after year to raise the level of play," says Justin Peedin, Head of Baseball Operations. "It's a great way for players to get extra coaching and for them to meet players from around the country."

This year, players who would like a chance to be on a National Team must attend the full Enrichment Program for their age group. The national team tryouts will take place during the course of the Enrichment Program so the teams can start working together early on. Players who choose not to try out for national teams or who aren’t selected for the national team will continue with the Enrichment Program till it ends. This will significantly improve the level of all players who participate, ensuring that all Enrichment Program participants get the highest level of coaching throughout the program, irrespective of whether they are on a national team or not. The national teams will get an extended period for their practices to ensure that they are ready for their tournaments. National team tournaments will be decided at a later date, updates will be sent as soon as possible.

The Juveniels program runs weekly from October 18 until the end of January, from 17:30-19:30.
The Cadets and Juniors program runs weekly from October 18 until the end of January, from 19:00-21:00.
